My wife and I were passing through Wellington recently when we found ourselves locked out of the toilet in our campervan. Not a good situation and one which I had no idea how to rectify! We were staying at the Lower Hutt Top 10 camp and I asked if there was anyone they could recommend to fix the problem. I was given the phone number for RV Dreams run by Rick and Denise. I gather that they handle most of the rental company’s repair problems. I rang Rick and he said ‘bring it around – I am sure that we can sort something out.’
Rick dropped everything when I arrived and got onto the problem. He soon had the door open and when I asked if he had another catch, one was promptly produced. He was extremely helpful and gave the impression that nothing was ever too much trouble. He has a great range of caravan/campervan spares and an even greater knowledge of the various systems including satellite TV. I can thoroughly recommend Rick to anyone with a problem.
