By accessing or using this website, and by calling us to make a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or booking our services.

3. Booking Process
Making a Booking: To make a booking, please contact us directly by phone at 027 297 3776. Bookings are not available through the website, and bookings must be made in advance by calling us.
Booking Confirmation: After your call, we will confirm your booking via email or phone. Your booking is not finalised until you have received confirmation from us.
4. Services
Servicing Offered: RV Dreams specialises in the servicing, maintenance, and repair of caravans and motorhomes. The services offered include, but are not limited to, routine maintenance, repairs, electrical and plumbing services, safety checks, and customisation.
Booking Services: All servicing must be scheduled by calling us directly at 027 297 3776. We do not offer online booking at this time.
Service Confirmation: After contacting us, we will confirm your service appointment via phone or email. Services are only confirmed once we have agreed on the appointment time and scope of work.
4. Payment Terms
Service Charges: Charges for servicing are based on the nature of the work performed and the time required. We will provide an estimate of the costs involved prior to commencement of work.
Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via Eftpos, credit card, bank transfer.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a $126.50 (inclusive of GST) cancellation fee.
5. Responsibilities
Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that your caravan or motorhome is accessible and ready for servicing at the scheduled appointment time. If we need to reschedule due to the vehicle not being available or ready, additional charges may apply.
Liability for Damage: While we take great care in servicing your vehicle, RV Dreams will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or issues that were not disclosed prior to servicing. We also do not accept responsibility for any unforeseen issues that may arise after the completion of service.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
